Zee TV’s iconic and India’s biggest talent-based reality show Dance India Dance is back, and with the loudest bang! Ever since its inception in 2009, the show has shaped up dance as an art form and an industry in the country. Thus, in just a decade, DID has become a mainstream platform for dancers across the nation to showcase their talent and put their best dancing foot forward.

The seventh season of DID, Dance India Dance 7 #BattleOfTheChampions, #DanceKaJungistaan kickstarts tomorrow, i.e. on 22 Jun 2019 at 8 pm. As our excitement levels break through the roof, check out some of the exclusive stills from the upcoming episodes.

Our happiness knows no bounds for Bollywood diva Kareena Kapoor Khan, renowned choreographer Bosco Martis, and rapper Raftaar join the panel of judges on Dance India Dance 7. The show shall witness a dance battleground #DanceKaJungistaan wherein contestants from the East, West, North and South zones shall compete to win the coveted title. With a 360-degree arena stage equipped with 120 cameras, the spectacular and an all-new format shall capture every move of a dancer.

“Hor dass kinniya tareefan chahidi ae tenu?” We cannot help but hum these lines after seeing these pictures of Kareena Kapoor Khan’s performance at the premiere of Dance India Dance 7. The superstar shall shake a leg to a medley of her iconic dance numbers and we CANNOT WAIT ANY LONGER!

Styled by Tanya Ghavri, a sleek ponytail, an Azotiique ring and Jupiter block heels by Eridani accentuated her fashionably formidable look.

Like we mentioned earlier, Kareena Kapoor Khan shall be seen grooving to a playlist of her hit songs. As seen in the picture, Chammak Challo from her 2011 Shah Rukh Khan film Ra.One seems to be on the list too!

Life comes a full circle for the star rapper of the generation, Raftaar. The artist who once participated in the Doubles season of Zee TV’s reality show Dance India Dance returns to the show, but this time as a judge!

Besides great rapping skills, Raftaar enjoys a reputation for his dance moves too. “I dance to get noticed,” the artist says in a BTS video of Dance India Dance 7. Clad in a grey co-ord set coordinated with black boots and shades, Raftaar surely knows how to amp up the swag quotient.

Kareena Kapoor Khan is set to debut on your television screens as a judge of Zee TV’s dance reality show Dance India Dance. For the very first episode of her maiden small screen venture, she wore a resplendent Stephane Rolland Spring 2019 couture paired with Giuseppe Zanotti shoes. Her was tied into a rope braid sleek ponytail with a makeup palette that spelled GLAM ON bold and clear.

The premiere of Dance India Dance 7 is a gala celebration you don’t wanna miss an invitation to! In the first episode, we shall see judge Raftaar make a special request to Kareena Kapoor Khan to dance to her iconic Jab We Met song Mauja Hi Mauja.

Unable to turn down Raftaar’s special request, Kareena Kapoor Khan comes on stage and performs on her chartbuster song Mauja Hi Mauja. Judge Bosco Martis too joins them both and the trio rock the stage with their power-packed performance on the Mika Singh number.

At the premiere of Dance India Dance 7, she grooved to the beats of Lungi Dance from Shah Rukh Khan-Deepika Padukone’s film Chennai Express. The actress even tied a lungi around her waist and danced in all her element.

‘The Indian Salsa Princess’ or ‘Salsa Sneha,’ Sneha Kapoor shall mentor the South ke Thalaivas team on Dance India Dance 7. Mangalore team The Soul Queens represents the same zone, it consists of five girls who are trained in Bollywood and hip-hop dance.

Kareena Kapoor Khan earlier had mentioned that she is nervous about her television debut with Dance India Dance 7. Not sure about that but the diva definitely had the time of her life as she indulged in a dance with The Soul Queens group and Sneha Kapoor.

11-year-old Malka Praveen is trained in hip-hop and freestyle dance forms. She impressed the judges with her hard-core performance.

Unreal Crew from North ke Nawabs is a group from Jaipur that specializes in Tuttamation form of dance.

17-year-old Pranshu and 16-year-old Kuldeep of Ahmedabad specialize in the lyrical dance form. Their performance not only looks dreamy but also has our interest piqued.

N House Crew is a group from Chandigarh of boys and girls of 13-22 age group. They belong to Bhawna Khanduja’s North Ke Nawabs and are trained in freestyle dancing.

Kings Squad of Paul Marshal’s West ke Singhams is a hip-hop group of young individuals between 16-28 age group. They hail from Maharashtra’s ‘Aamchi Mumbai’!
