Mumbai monsoon brings the dream city to a standstill every year with heavy downpours. It has been raining cats and dogs ever since Monday, and normal schedules have been disrupted to an extent. But as is the spirit of Mumbai, life goes on here no matter what. The stars of Kumkum Bhagya Doosri Peedhi, just like us, experienced discomfort on their way to work, but showed up regardless. Albeit local trains are functioning smoothly now (with some delays here and there), roads remain jam-packed with vehicles. Thus, our stars of Zee TV show decided to take the Mumbai Metro on their way home and as can be seen in the video, couldn’t help but discuss the traffic woes in the city.

In case you missed watching Kumkum Bhagya episodes, catch up on the latest developments here:

Krishna Kaul initially shared this video on his Instagram story which was later reposted by a fan club and eventually by Aparna Mishra.

We hear Naina Singh, who plays Abhi and Pragya’s daughter Rhea on Kumkum Bhagya, telling her reel sister Mugdha Chaphekar aka Prachi about the traffic situation in certain areas of Mumbai’s western suburbs. Naina and Mugdha essay Abhi and Pragya’s twin daughters, but are unaware of their relationship. Ever since the two crossed paths in college, they have been at loggerheads and always seem to put each other in trouble.

Off late, Ranbeer, played by Krishna Kaul, is the reason for the ongoing fight between Prachi and Rhea. Ranbeer likes Rhea but the latter always finds him around Prachi which makes Rhea think that Ranbeer is lying to her about his feelings. On the other, circumstances bring their parents Abhi and Pragya in the same city after two decades, but somehow they don’t come face-to-face. Both are deeply in love with each other but cannot forgive for the loss of their daughter!

Coming back to Rhea and Prachi, it remains to be seen if these sworn enemies end up fighting again over Ranbeer or will Pragya step in to clear the air, yet again? As for their off-screen camaraderie, we say they are bonding big time and their Instagram uploads are proof in case you don’t believe us! Guess monsoon ain’t just the time for romance, but budding friendships too.

Stay tuned for more updates about Kumkum Bhagya’s Doosri Peedhi cast. In the meantime, make sure you stay during the monsoon and check the traffic and weather situation before stepping out. If you get stuck somewhere, enjoy the monsoon cheer with blockbuster films on ZEE5.
