The show is hosted by the chocolate boy Karan Wahi. Hello Fitness will showcase the fitness and diet routines of your favorite and fittest celebrities. To stay fit, having a workout regime, and working consistently on it is important. But if one is not maintaining a strict diet, it is supposed to have adverse effects on the routine.

The host Karan Wahi will reveal how it is utterly necessary to have a workout routine but also a supplementary diet. Ranging from Yoga to weightlifting and cardio workouts, the celebrities will reveal their mantra for the toned body. Karan will also chat up with them about the diet that they believe in. Vegan, protein-rich, and many different types of supplementary food will make an appearance in this fun show!
