Arjan Bajwa, who is known for films like Fashion, Guru, Crook, Son Of Sardaar, Bobby Jasoos, Rustom, and Kabir Singh, has now entered the webspace on March 20 with State Of Siege: 26/11. The ZEE5 Original series talks about the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks from the viewpoint of National Security Guard (NSG) commandos. The series is a tribute to the NSG, based on Sandeep Unnithan’s book Black Tornado: The Three Sieges of Mumbai 26/11.
Arjan took to Instagram to promote his series State Of Siege: 26/11 with a special training video.
In the video, he can be seen firing a gun and experimenting with different positions. Arjan Bajwa’s character in the show is based on Col. Sheoran who headed the NSG unit, renamed Col. Kunal Sahota for the show. Col. Sheoran is called the ‘bullet catcher’ as he has been shot three times in his jaw and neck. Therefore, it only follows that Arjun would have to go through extensive weapons training for the role.
State of Siege: 26/11 was released on 20 March on ZEE5. It has all the details you would ever want know about the horrific Mumbai attacks on the 26th of November, 2008.
